Instructions to Fill Online Registration Form

1. 1. The name of the applicant, father's name, mother's name, date of birth etc. should be filled correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No changes will be allowed later.
2. 2. It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked (*). If any field is not applicable to you, please enter NA (Not Applicable).
3. 3. Photograph in JPG format should be uploaded.
4. 4. Birth Certificate in PDF format should be uploaded.
5. 5. Residence Proof in PDF format should be uploaded.
6. 6. If a student is selected for admission at New Arya Public School Dwarka, parents are required to submit valid documents as proof of residence and identity. Please ensure that all documents are dated at least three months prior to the date of application submission. Parents must provide both the original documents and one complete set of photocopies at the time of admission.
7. 7. Please note that the payment of Registration Fee of Rs. 225/- is necessary for successful registration of the application.
8. 8. The registration process will be considered complete on receipt of registration number through SMS and Email sent from the school. Save the registration number for all future communication with the school.
9. 9. The registration form once submitted cannot be modified later.

Note: Ensure all details are correct before submitting the form. Incorrect or incomplete forms may lead to rejection.
